Swapna earned BA in accounting form Osmania University India and MBA from a state university in India. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Before starting her own firm, she has worked at public accounting firm in Columbus GA, later moving on to serve as a Controller for an IT company. Her expertise is in Accounting, Tax and advisory for small business in various industries such as Doctors, IT companies, Nonprofit entities, Churches and more.

Swapna has been a resident of Columbus GA for the past four years.

Sandhya Rani Maruvada is our Offshore Collaborative Partner focusing on specific projects such as Ethics compliance, Internal Audit Business Process reviews.She is a Chartered Accountant from India, with 12 + years of experience in handling Internal Audits, Enterprise Risk Assessment (Operational, Financial, Compliance and partly IT), internal controls evaluation, fraud risk assessment, fraud evaluation, FCPA, COSO framework and book keeping. She is highly skilled in collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve the objectives and adding value to business organizations. She is adept in streamlining business processes, enhancing the value to clients, training team members and introducing process improvements. She has a certification in SAP FI, has a working knowledge of ACL, Microsoft office and TeamMate. She has a passion for writing technical as well as non-technical articles. She is currently pursuing her CISA to enable her to venture into areas of IT and cybersecurity.
